This is a metal sign that has pre made holes for hanging on wall.It's a Camel Smokin' Joe's racing #23 race sign. This was a real and popular race team (Winston Cup) NASCAR days. The driver was Jimmy Spencer if I remember correctly. Great for NASCAR or Tobacco memorabilia collector. Measures about 35" x 17".I have had this in my collection many many... years. No bends or gouges or rust. Bright colors. To be vary accurate - a very minor blemish here and there if you look hard but even if you find them they are barley noticeable. In other words - this is an old sign, not new or not in new condition. Very good for it's age...even above avg cond for it's age.
