Original Description:
These two retractable/pull down metal ceiling lights are originals that were removed from the bathroom of a mid century home. They are a lovely retro soft pink or salmon color. I have not been able to find any other examples of these on the internet. I did find a similar pendant that was manufactured by EJS. The metal parts are in remarkable condition for their age. They cleaned up very well and any scratches or nicks to the surface are very minimal.... (Please see all photos) The cords are dirty and the retractable feature is not working smoothly as to be expected for something of this age. I assume buyer will be rewiring anyway. These would be nice restored to use the pull down feature or rewired as stationary.
One has the original glass light cover and it is cracked at the center. (See photo) The other has what appears to be a replacement piece of plastic due to the original breaking. It shouldn't be difficult or costly to have new glass cut, if desired.
The cone part of the fixture measures approximately 8 1/2" in length and 7 1/2" wide at the opening.The center metal piece that holds the retractable feature measures approximately 5" in length.The ceiling cap measures 4 3/4" in diameter.
