After speaking with a few different avid doll collectors for there input we believe this is a Patti Playpal Companion Doll possibly by Sayco from the 50's or 60's era and in her original dress and shoes. Im not an expert on these dolls and i cant find her anywhere on the internet so im assuming shes rare. She has brown hair and blue working sleepy eyes. When you move her legs you can hear the walking mechanism inside. She has a small scuff on her forehead and in really good condition a...nd perfect for doll collectors being good display quality.
