Return Policy: Parcels are well packed for delivery in order to mitigate any damage due to postal shock or rough handling. At the time of packing; specimens are the quality as stated in this description, consequently we are not responsible for minor postal damage (i.e. antennae/leg damage); damage from Customs Inspections or damage caused when the parcel is unpacked.
We generally do not replace damaged specimens.
We do offer a 14 day money back or exchange policy for excessively damaged specimens due to postal shock or rough handling.
