This is from a reliable adult collector's collection who is passionate about toys.
Condition of the item is new, never displayed, just only been opened to check the condition of its parts. All of the lights features work, no stickers were applied(the licence plates). If you want more pictures, just ask upon request.
Outer Box is in great condition with Brown Mailer... included.
For shipping, I can do priority mail with insurance at least but if you'd prefer, I can do express mail full insured as well. It will of course be very costly depending where you are in the 48 Continental States but should arrive to you very quickly. I will send a separate invoice in regards to express mail shipping, should you request that option.This item will be packed well for transport.
