Offered here is acool steampunk piece…A vintage Buckeye Brass Works Steam Railroad Whistle. Picked from an old barn sale, this whistle isin as found condition and has not been tested. Marked Buckeye Brass Works Dayton, O on the top rim, #11 stamped on thebottom nut.There is surfacescratching, and marks noted throughout. There is also a crack in the housing that was repaired with a wire wraplong ago and is successful in stabilizing the crack. Unit has not been te...sted and is being sold asis. Whistle total lengthto bottom of nut is 12 ½ inches…15 inches total to bottom of pipe.2 ¾ inch diameter onwhistle housing.
