Unbelievably rare. This is a prototype for an Unproduced doll head intended to be Stretch Armstrong’s girlfriend.
This is a test wax sculpt. Comes with a copy of the COA in last pic from sculptor Richard Roland. Mr. Roland created prototypes and sculpts for several popular action figures. Guaranteed authentic and only 4 prototype heads exist. Stamped ‘93 cap toys on back of head. Apparently the girlfriend was very close to being in product...ion but ultimately never produced.
