Playmobil 5302 Grand Mansion Doll House with Extra Floor. Furniture/Room sets (not complete may be missing a few pieces) many Accessories, many People/Figures and a Brand New Playmobil Light set never used. This is a very nice Grand Mansion it has no damage and comes with lots of fun extras. It comes with the original two figures included when purchasing the Mansion plus many more figures that go with the rooms included. Comes with Grand Piano (plays music), extra office desk with man,... Kids Room with Guinea Pigs and tiny Farm set (missing rug), Kitchen Set with lots of extra accessories, Bathroom with Shower Toilet sink cabinet, living room set (missing the cabinet) Master bedroom and Nursery. I believe all of the figures that came with each set are all there. Grandma in kitchen with baby, Grandpa in living room, Lady in shower, Man at Desk, Piano player, woman in bedroom, 2 children in kids room, man with baby in nursery, and lots of cats, kittens and dogs. Oh and an Owl on top of house :) There are a few pieces missing that went with some of the rooms but most pieces are there. Please look closely at pictures they are an important part of the description. All flower boxes are complete with enough flowers for every stem plus I’m adding extra flowers and small items. Door bell works as it should. The house/Mansion is very clean with no ink marks or cracks or any damage. This has been taken apart for easier safer shipping, comes with instructions and tool for adding the extra floor but no paper instructions to put house together those instructions can easily be found online. Light set w/instructions has never been installed it was purchased new and has just been stored. This comes from my Smoke Free Home!
