This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good. The locomotive and tender are in wonderful condition! These items are unpainted and feature amazing detail and quality construction. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is included, along with the foam liner. The liner is in great shape. Overall condition is Very Good.
