Welcome to Mike's Bottles, Models and Music Memorabilia. Over the next few weeks I will be listing a variety of empty tequila bottles as well as some of my monster model collection, which includes Aurora monsters and various music related items such as vinyl albums, concert ticket stubs, signed set lists, and guitar picks.For today's listing I have an Original Aurora Dr. Jeckyl as Mr. Hyde model from 1972, customized with another original table that contains clear plast...ic beakers, tubing, bottles and a magnifying glass to better represent the box artwork. A one of a kind piece.I also used a Dracula mouthpiece so he has an inner mouth instead of just a holeThe model was built and painted by yours truly in a meticulously hand painted style using acrylic and enamel paints. It is in mint condition.As with all my models I try to incorporated the nameplate into the base by using colors matching the surroundings rather than bright yellows and reds that distract the eye.This model would be the centerpiece of your horror collection!Right now the figure is attached to the base. That could change during shipping but he will be boxed extra securely to avoid any real damage. It Is possible that some parts come unglued during shipping so the buyer must be aware of this and be ready to re-glue any such parts.
