This is the LEGO collectors'-grade kit from their "Modular Buildings" line, the 10185 Green Grocer. The set is 100% complete and includes the original instruction manuals (all three). All minifigures are in excellent condition, and the kit has been carefully packaged in multiple bags (one large bag for each "floor" zone and sub-bags for special elements and decorated pieces).
The decorated elements are also in excellent condition, and this kit - which reminds me strongly of ro...w-houses from California - is a complex, detailed stand-alone piece that also works very well with the rest of the modular buildings series. This is from a smoke-free home and has only been used as a display piece. I hope it finds a home with someone new who can thoroughly enjoy the set!
