Here we have a beautiful vintage chandelier. My husband says it may have been rewired at some time. It works as you can see. The only condition problem I see is the wear to the pole and ceiling part and there is one little set screw missing on a globe holder. It measures 15” across and hangs about a total of 26” to the bottom of the shade. Please look at pictures for details and email me if you have any questions
