This Simona was a played with girl that needs a clean. She is dirty, but no mold. Her hair has been cut. The first two rows of hair plugs on her forehead were cut and glued to her forehead. I removed the cut pieces from her forehead, but some glue residue remains. Her eyelashes look cut. Her ears have been pierced. No other Pin pricks. She is wearing a vintage very well made mommy made outfit originally for Crissy.
