Original Mini-Craft from 1952. This is the very rare Mini-Craft #500 Suburban Station. It has the rare all green roof and windows&door combination and it is very clean. All of the station is very clean, but there is some glue mark on the roof sign and the two small roof pieces at the ends look a little out of line. There are also some rubs along the edges of the base. Overall, though, the paint is nice and bright as are all of the parts. The building itself is exceptiona...lly clean. These Mini-Craft 500 suburban stations are much rarer than the other Mini-Craft and American Flyer newsstands etc. Very hard to find -especially this clean. The hardest and rarest part of finding these buildings is finding them complete with all pieces (figures, benches, chimney, windows, clock, etc). A nice and rare addition to any collection.
