Six (6) Vintage Children ' S Jigsaw Puzzles, Whitman, Cardboard, 1951 - 1968

On offer are six vintage cardboard Whitman puzzles, all measuring approximately 15" x 11 1/2", all complete and all made in the U.S.A. from the 1950s and the 1960s. The first is a puzzle made in 1951. It is an "I'm Frosty the Snowman" puzzle illustrated by Florence Sarah Winship copyrighted by HILL AND RANGE SONGS, INC. It also says No. 2621:29, Made in U.S.A. This puzzle has about 25 pieces. Some of the pieces are shaped as follows: star, bunny, and... bell. The puzzle is mostly in its original plastic wrapping, but some of the plastic is gone around the left bottom corner and there is a bit of damage to the face of the puzzle. Second is a puzzle featuring Santa Claus with his bag of toys and a snowman, made in 1954. This puzzle is marked No. 2620:29 and is in excellent, like new condition. Third is a puzzle made in 1955. It is a Ding Dong School puzzle created by Miss Frances, or Frances Horwich, for the Ding Dong School on NBC TV. The puzzle is complete with 14 pieces and shows a scene of various jungle animals. The puzzle condition is excellent with a few very minor flaws along the lower edge. The fourth and fifth puzzles were made in 1967 and are Walt Disney Productions "The Jungle Book Frame-Tray Puzzles", marked No. 4524. Both of these puzzles are in excellent, like-new condition. The final sixth puzzle was made in 1968. It is a Liddle Kiddles' Frame-Tray Puzzle licensed by Mattel, Inc. This puzzle is in excellent condition, except for a spot near the top where a price sticker was removed. Please see the photos for additional details.
