This is a new Yu-Gi-Oh 1996 Duel Disk Battle City Card Launcher. To make the story short, I received two of these for christmas many years ago and only opened one. This one has been sitting in the top corner of my closet for many years. Dark, non smoking home. It is in the same condition I received it that day, the box is a little beat up. The batteries still work!
