This is a stunning ladies silver spoon ring, that has been crafted from a Norwegian Sterling silver teaspoon by the silversmith T H Marthinsen in the 'Fancy pattern' circa 1960.
I have crafted the ring from the full teaspoon, to enhance its beautiful ornately shaped pierced handle, stunning embossed bowl detail and highly polished finish. It is a very interesting piece of silver, that would make the most perfect and uniq...ue gift. A very individual spoon ring which has definitely got the WOW factor!
The ring is available in sizes Q, R, S, T, U or V (including half sizes).(Please confirm the required size in the message box on the payment page or send me a message Half sizes also available)
Please note the handle of the spoon does move slightly further round the side of the ring in sizes Q & R
The ring at it's widest point ( height ) measures approx 26 mm and weighs 9 GramsFor ring size conversion please see photo above
The teaspoons used in the crafting of these spoon rings are antique and have been used for what they were originally made for. This means that they may shows some signs of this wear, but I leave these minor imperfections in the rings as I think they add to their story, character and uniqueness. I have listed as new as they have not been worn as rings but may have been used as a spoon. All my spoon rings are hallmarked, but some may not be visible following the crafting process, due to the position of the mark
