I searched the Internet and could not even find another one identical to it. I do believe it is classified as a vintage arrow spine tester, so I am assuming that and has listed the item as such.Since I know very little about this item I cannot describe much about it, so I tried to take the best pictures to document what you are purchasi...ng. This beautiful piece, was actually at a person place of business, simply on display, since it is such a beautiful special of archery history. Since I do not know much about it, I cannot provide details such as if it is working properly or not.
