The note is in used circulated condition and is graded PMG 35 Choice Very Fine with "Stains" remark on the back. I accept payment in the form of Paypal for international buyers except for bidders from Singapore and Malaysia. For bidders from Singapore and Malaysia, payment is through Cash on Delivery or POSB/Maybank bank transfer only.
