This amazing leather jacket has a life full of stories, the most recent goes like this…I wasn't paying attention when I bought this jacket, all I saw was 38" chest and auction ending in seconds, so i bought it. I know my chest is 38" but otherwise I'm a modern metric man so I got a shock when it arrived. So much smaller than I expected. Darn me for not paying attention. Darn buying on the phone while I'm walking down the street.

I don't know a lot about this jacket, except that it has been really well cared for. You can tell it has been worn but otherwise the leather is beautifully supple with no damage, dryness or cracking and minimum signs of age. The expected signs of wear in the expected places:The leather has been naturally smoothed and has a slightly polished feel around the collar and the seams on the underside off the arms around the cuff zippers.There is creasing in and around both elbows, as you'd expect.All zippers are completely intact and all operate smoothly.All fasteners are intact and operating.No damaged or missing stitching.The lining of all pockets is intact with no "pressure point wear"The following signs of age should be noted.
The lining is starting to wear through around the shoulders/neck where it has been rubbing against the leather seams beneath. There are five small holes in the lining, all at the base of the collar as a result, largest is about 10mm x 5mm, the smallest about 8mm x 3mm. I've tried to capture these in the photos but the "black on black background" was challenging. Can supply further pics on request.It's obviously a custom jacket, maybe for a teenage girl? A petite lady? The baddest, meanest - but smallest - nightmare that ever rode? Who knows!So check the measurements in the photos.
