This is a Commemorative Series II Starscream Transformer G1 re-issue figure from 2002. This figure is still brand new in the box and is overall in ve...ry good condition with some wearing (mostly around the front upper left edge), and has received a grade of 8.0 from the Action Figure Authority. It is safely packaged in the AFA hard plastic case and will be shipped with care. There are a few light nicks, scuffs, wrinkles, and scratches on the AFA plastic covering though no major wear. Please ask if there are any questions. If being shipped outside of the US please be aware that import taxes may be charged by your Post Office & are the buyer's responsibility to pay.
