This is a very nice and rare pair of silver plated double burner oil lamps. As shown burners are by Hinks and son Birmingham. They measure 6 3/4" tall to the top of the flame finial and 8 3/4" wide to the edges of the burners. The stamps on the base are for Richard Hodd and son London 1872-1896. The reg. no is 122576 (1889). The wicks move up and down OK. There is some light wear to some of the high spots of the plating as shown. Also some tiny bubbles in the plate. One chimney l...eaf clip is missing. There are no chimneys or shades. !!!!!
