DescriptionUp for auction is a vintage 1970-1971 Sesame Street's Oscar the Grouch hand puppet never removed from the original packaging! Oscar is featured in a cardboard trash can in a box that also doubles as a tv screen/puppet stage. Oscar is still a bright green color and has a price tag stuck to his tongue. The box height is 15" and the width is 11". Oscar himself is approximately 10" tall and 9" from hand to hand. There is a pull string with a plastic o ring that when pulled, move...s his arms. The string hangs out of the box so I suspect it has been stretched. The box itself is in remarkably good shape for something that is almost 50 years old. Only one corner has a small flaw and the inner liner looks to be warped from humidity, the rest is very minor shelf wear.TermsPlease feel free to message me with any questions concerning the item or if you'd like additional pictures.
