RARE - MALTBY -- FLAT -- KEY -- TRIGGER handcuffs complete with original looking and great working key.......
cuffs work great, but as you can see - they do have some good pitting on the backside of one cuff...........
when cuffs are unlocked -- they will -- FREE WHEEL --IN & OUT -- IN & OUT -- UNTIL BOWS ARE PULLED ALL THE WAY BACK
when cuffs are unlocked - the bows can be pulled - ALL THE WAY BACK which allows the cuffs to STAY LOCKEDO...PEN ......... they will STAY OPEN -- UNTIL -- THE -- TRIGGER -- MECHANISM is HIT...... this allows thebows to - SNAP -- CLOSED..........note the marker markings as well as the 1901 PATENT DATE ........
