For your consideration is a scarce 1890’s banquet lamp by Phoenix/ Consolidated. The lamp has been electrified with a partial Success fount.This beautiful oil lamp has a deep maroon and yellow base paint color. The lamp features a male deer or elk on the front of the lamp in both the upper and lower portion of the glass; the back of the lamp features a female deer scene on both the upper and lower glass portions. The glass is also embossed with draping flowers on both the top and bot...tom portions of the lamp.Measurements: The lamp measures 23” including the chimney; 21” from the top of the shade to the base; the ball form shade measures 8 1/2” in height; has a 4” fitter; a 3 1/4” opening at the top and the base measues 5 1/2” in diameter.Condition: The glass has a small puncture hole in the top of the ball to the right of the male deer in the flower (see photo 12). The surrounding area has been secured to prevent further damage. The paint does show some age related wear/fading to the stencil work and is shown in the photos.The brass connector and base is in good condition and does not have any breaks or splits although patina is present. The drop in font is a partial and only includes the shoulder, fill cap as wick riser. The lamp has been electrified with a 3-way switch.Please review and enhance the photos as they are part of the description. This will be an auction item with no reserve. Your refund will be processed within 48 hours of our store receiving the item and condition is evaluated.Received Damaged items: In the rare event your item is damaged during shipping (we pack well but accidents during transport do happen) we require the buyer to send photos of the damaged item, shipping box, and shipping label. This is required so we can submit an insurance claim to the shipping carrier as all of our items are sent 100% insured and photos are requirement of USPS and FedEx.
