I put batteries in both the remote and train and it does not work. The green light turns on on the remote and if you hit the button on the right it flashes green but it does not shut off. the train does nothing. I can send just the battery covers and parts you need if you don't want the entire thing.  I will be listing some parts to set #5258 and I do combine shipping charges.
