Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.It is practically new but has been opened and has some random tape behind it and when you press the try me button it makes a noise other than the music, it might be the setting because it is opened. Pieces are New and this item is VERY RARE and goes for around $300/$600 new, it is a collectors item. It is still in its original box and has a certificate. It might just be the setti...ngs.
