No reserve on this original 1960s vintage 1/24-scalescratch-built spring suspension brass slot car chassis with motor. This old chassishas been sitting in a smoke-free, though rather dusty, Slot Car collection alongwith a few hundred other slot cars and parts and pieces for many, many years andwas only recently rediscovered. A sturdily-built chassis with some good weightto it. This chassis is well-used and is definitely not in mint condition, as ithas been run in the past and has some obvious edge wear in places, as you may beable to see in the accompanying photos. The rear tires/wheels are in place butthe fronts are long-ago missing. The rear tires look okay and are still pliablebut both show aging and wear, though they still look quite serviceable. Thetrack guide with both wires and both brushes is in place. Both rear springs arevery flexible and working well and look like they’re ready for the track. The originalold slot car motor looks quite good but is currently not running and noguarantees, implied, stated or otherwise, are made on the motor. Again, this old1/24-scale spring suspension brass chassis with motor is definitely not mint, as very clearly noted above and as shown in the many photos, but still looks verygood and may be a good candidate for a restoration.
