Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Blue Talking Ranger 8 Inch Factory 1995

Up for your consideration is a mighty morphing Power Ranger talking blue ranger from 1995. This figure is brand new and still in factory packaging. The original tape that sealed the box has been broke and one additional piece was placed over it to keep the packaging closed. The figure and gun have never been removed. The packaging is in very good condition with just a couple slight spots of shelfware on sharp corners. There is a retail price sticker on the top and has been partially re...moved. There is also a tear in the cardboard on the top where the retail sticker is but this tear did not go completely through the cardboard . The figure has a spot on the left side of his chest where the white triangle is that appears to be missing some paint. It looks like it happened in the factory but please view pictures for specific details of that spot a picture is the last one . Also there is a slight scratch on the Power Rangers chest emblem it is approximately an eighth of an inch long and is just a small scratch. That also can be seen on the last picture.The Rangers still talks and says “ all systems go! “
