Finest Quality Sterling Silver Diamond & Marcasite Art Deco Flower & Leaf BroochDating to the 1920-30s art deco era this is a beautiful flower and leaf brooch of sterling silver. It has an un-usual combination of both diamond and bright faceted marcasites. The diamonds are rose and mine cut. A feature rose cut stone claw set to the centre of the flower; there is a secondary “bud” stone and a line of seven smaller mine cut diamonds used to highlight the leaf. It is stamped with sil...ver hallmarks that we can’t read; tests confirm it to be superior 925 sterling silver. It has a pin and locking barrel fitting.It is in good vintage condition; some light wear and lovely warm silver patina.
