Original Description:
Great knife by great maker, Jim Owen of  Odessa, Texas. Near mint condition with original custom leather sheath made for this knife by Jim and stamped with his logo and matching number on knife.  This beautiful knife has Jim's stamp on one side and 1243 on the other.  Some nice file work at the base of the blade that is 4 1/2" long. Hard to see in the pictures but there is some delicate swirl work onthe upper blade on both sides that really kick it up a notch! I believe ...that the really good looking handle may be an ivory linen micarta with liners near tang.  Great feel in the hand with those finger grooves.  OAL is 9 1/4"  This is one SOLID KNIFE and great for heavy duty work but with a classic look. Jim is an excellent craftsman that produced first class quality knives!    Thanks    USA only shipping
