As a consignment item (being sold for the original owner), by Ebay definition, item is being sold used, even if in "NEW"condition.
1.DESCRIPTION: 1/20 Ferrari 1981 126ck. Drivers: Gille Villeneuve. The consignor purchased the model from a Japanese hobby shop that decided to no longer sell plastic models. We have done a cursory check, but not done a part by part inventory check, and model is sold as-is. The box has age-wear and tape where the retailer close...d the box. Fujimi produced the models during a short term Ferrari License. Model release 2016.

I am currently in Japan and selling items for consignment from Japanese hobbyists. I have the item in my residence and "I" will personally pack and take your package to the Japanese post office, not the consignor.

Combine shipping for Fixed Price Auction when Immediate Payment Due: Please pay for item including shipping, a shipping adjustment via a partial refund will be made after returning from Japan Post.
6. Japan Customers: Please contact me for internal Japan shipping via Kurneko Yamato or Japan Post Domestic.
7. HANDLING CHARGE: I do charge a minimum handling fee for taking the local train to take the package to the Japanese Post Office.
