Working Wind Up Toy Minnie Mouse - Knits and Rocks - Line MarCute, lithographed, wind up toy Minnie Mouse made in Japan by LineMar, the Japanese branch of Marx Toys. Marked on the back of the rocker, copyrighted Walt Disney Productions, Line Mar Toys - Japan. Toy winds with an attached key under the chair, they should have put an ON/OFF tab on this toy, as you have to hold the rocking mechanism with your hand while winding. Once set down, Minnie rocks and knits. One time, I counted 62 ...rocks before it quit, next time I had to give it a tap and it rocked 23 times. When you pick the toy up after it quits running, the rocker mechanism runs quickly back and forth for several seconds, as it winds itself down. Minnie has some scuffs and tarnish, note her left shoe, and the left side of her snout are the two worst spots. There is a scuff here and there overall as well. Her rubber ears are intact, and has original material (her knitting). I don't have a box, but they seem to be easy to find and buy online. Buyers are expected to pay for items won within three days of the end of an auction. I am always happy to combine shipping when possible.
