The light fixture portion is marked The Curtis Portable X-Ray with a date of 1915. It is 8 1/2" in diameter and has three sockets around the outside and one socket in the center.
I have not tested the fixture and do not know if it works. It has two holes on the underside for pull chains but only one pull chain is present. The white paint on the top is chipping off (more will probably fall off during shipping).... Overall, it shows wear and use but is in good used condition.
The shade holder is metal, in good used condition and is marked Natl X-Ray Reflector Co Chicago.
It comes with a white glass shade that has some small chips. Both edges are rough but I don't see any major chips and no cracks.
The larger X-Ray reflector shade has some small edge chips and edge roughness on both ends but I don't see any major chips and no cracks. The paint looks to be in good used condition. It is marked EC 346. The outside is dirty and could be cleaned. It is just under 12" in diameter.
The total height is just under 12".
The light fixture portion would've affixed to a base but everything I have is pictured. I believe it could be a base could be added fairly easily.
A cool and interesting X-Ray fixture. Would look great lit up.
