4 vintage hand rolling cancellers. All have old ink on them and the self-inking roller part is all dried up. I ran these over a stamp pad and rolled them out. Starting from the top, you get:1) Hand cancel roller with Devine, TX, 78016, with the date in the middle. It has a circle with postal waves on either side. The side has POST OFFICE DEPT.HANLEY POSTAL SUPPLY P.O. ITEM 718 7-1-604275-67 (manufactured in May of 1967). The date has been set to April 8PM... and the year is at 1987. I can't tell how the year is switched out, if it can change or if you had to get a whole new wheel. This is how I found it, with no day to go with the month.The other side of the housing has U. S. PAT. 2, 957, 410 2) This has DEVINE, TEX. with postal waves. The wheel has DEVINE, TEX. twice on the wheel. It reads on the sidePOST OFFICE SUPPLY DEPT (partly obscured by rivet)HANLEY POSTAL SUPPLYP.O. ITEM NO. 716PO 3-1-00460OCT. 19623) This has DEVINE, TX 78016 one on the wheel and postal waves. It reads on the side HANLEY POSTAL SUPPLYP.O. ITEM NO. 716PO 8-1-6033711-67 (manufactured in November of 1967). It says POST OFFICE DEPARTMENT on the other side.4) This one has BANDERA, TEX. once on the wheel and postal waves. It reads on the sideHANLEY POSTAL SUPPLYP.O.
