Glass items are difficult tocombine and mail safely, but I will try in all cases. Combining glass, porcelain, china, crystal orceramic items is NOT recommended. If you insist on combining these items, you itemsare relieving me of any and all responsibility for breakage. If you wish to combine shipping costs when youpurchase multiple items, you must contact me before you pay so I can adjustshipping costs and invoice you, or adjust the cost in my ad before you pay, otherwise I cannot combine the costs.Refunds/Returns - Youmust contact me within 3 days of receiving your package. All items must be returnedin good condition, no later than 14 days after delivery date. Items must beshipped at the same rate and manner they were shipped to you. Most of mypackages are sent "Priority" mail, therefore they must be returnedthe same way. Make sure to email me the return tracking number. Please read adcarefully to avoid returns. A 20% restocking fee will be charged and deductedfrom the refund amount. Carefully wrap items in original wrapping materials. Payments - Anyitems that are up for auction must be paid for within 72 hours of purchase or Ireserve the right to cancel the transaction and relist. All other payments areimmediate. I do not accept any payment plans, layaway or hold orders.Replacements - Allitems are sold on a as is bases. If I have and I agree to a replacement, theoriginal piece must be returned to me with 14 days, in good condition. Alladditional postage to ship replacement is to paid before shipping by buyer. Iam not responsible for any manufactures flaws.Broken Items - AlthoughI have had very few items broken, it does happen sometimes.
