Every card in it is a holo. Some are promos, some have sparkle on them, some have reverses from the old sets that look like Holos. Conditions from card to card are varied. Some are damaged - The older cards I’ve had since I was a kid. I don’t know how to gauge condition so don’t ask.The binder itself is a limited edition one from the pokemon center featuring eevee and it’s evolutions. All cards in the binder are sleeved. Not all cards are shown in the pics.
