Military Belt, 39 " Long Leather. Marked On Back ' R. I. A. H. E. K. ' Brass Buckle.

I am NOT SURE of the age. it was in the same box with the WWI era stuff, so I assume it is from that time period. PLEASE share info if you know for sure and I will post the info to the auction.
1 3/4" wide leather belt with brass buckle. the leather is 39" long. the belt loop is in a second loop, so it moves about an inch. stamped into the leather is 'R.I.A. and H.E.K.' ink stamped on the back is either 'F8 48 or F6 46'.&nb...sp; an extra hole was punched into the belt.
in separate auctions, I am listing some forks from 1918, knives from 1917 and a spoon marked 98, I assume from 1898. a pistol lanyard with a PAT. date of FEB 20, 1917, leather magazine pouch JEFF 1922. MILLS canvas 'puckered' magazine pouches from 1916 & 18, one with Eagle snaps on it. also a belt from that era with large brass US buckle on it. also 2 uniform decorations with acorn shaped ties. there is also a rubber rain poncho from that era (not sure if that has any value). everything was in one box at a farm auction. some other old belts with brass buckles also.
