1988 Nellie Bell Miniature Dollhouse Artisan White Eyelet Lace Canopy Bed PRETTYThis beautiful dressed bed was made in 1988 by Nellie Bell, known for her fabulous, romantic and well constructed furniture creations, this bed is no exception. Made of beautiful antique batiste with whitework embroidery, entire quilt is pin tucked, yards of ruffled lace and trimmed with hand embroidered French knots, silk rosettes and lots of amazing pillows. None of the little pillows a...re attached so you can move them about, use in a chair or? There is a photo of all the items that were in this room, all are sold separately. The canopy bed was custom made by Nellie Bell, and it is expertly constructed. This bed comes with a matching step ladder. Her creations are extremely hard to find.This vintage miniature was part of collections from Virginia, New Orleans, New Jersey, Palm Beach, Indiana, New York and Michigan. All the pieces were collected and curated by collectors who loved miniatures and the artisans who made them. I decided to love on them for a while before I put them up for sale.
