For your bidding consideration is a vintage 1967 Buck Knife model 124 Frontiersman. 1967 was the first year of production for this knife.It has Black Phenolic handles with reddish/brown spacers. As you can see from the pictures the knife is mint, very well kept, used very little if at all and for a 52 year old knife it's in fantastic (like new) condition - A REAL TESTAMENT TO BUCK'S QUALITY!
Knife's construction: Full tang/blade of 440C stainless steel (still razor sharp!) with inve...rted 2-line tang stamp. Black phenolic handles with polished polished #303 stainless steel guard and pommel. Knife comes with it's original "Heavy-duty" Flap-over Black leather sheath which is still in excellent condition. PLEASE NOTE: There is a minor ding in the phenolic handle and a few very small pits in the blade. Great camp-knife with another 52+ years of life left in it with proper care or a great piece for a Buck Knife collection - your choice!
