It certainly seems to match this to me, but the final decision is yours.
The band reads SPEIDEL USA.
As shown, measures 13 mm across by 17 or 18mm high.
Watch face reads simply Tissot (only). Back only has 14K gold. I spent an hour or so researching, and the best and only match that seemed to come close is the one above. Again, I am GUESSING it is a 1960s as described, but I am NOT sure.
GOOD NEWS. IT WORKS FINE ! I wound the watch, it works properly! minute and hour time work correctly after being wound.
