Original Description:
An original US ARMY CANTEEN non-welded / one-piece construction / seamless spun on a lathe.  Correct no markings but likely made by Aluminum Goods Manufacturing (AGM) prior to WWI - 1910 / 1911.  This method of construction was too expensive for mass production and was replaced.  Excellent age patina and fully functional original screw cap with pin attachment on the chain.  Not many of these early canteens have survived.  Any questions please email.  ...
