This listing is for a battery-operated bump 'n go clown, carrying a balloon that lights up, off & on, when he is running around. His arms are jointed, but they don't do anything when he is running around. It was made in Hong Kong , for New Bright Ind. Co. LTD. and is dated 1991. It runs on 2 AA batteries ( included), and has an on / off switch in back. When the switch is on, he runs around on the wheels and when he bumps into something , turns and goes the other way. T...his toy is made of hard plastic. It's 10" tall , including the balloon. It is in very good, pre-owned condition. Being sold as is. Thanks for looking !
