Up for sale are 16 paper dolls from Hallmark, published in the late 1940s as "Hallmark Dolls of the Nations". These dolls features costumes from various countries and places, all with feathers in their hats. They are numbers 17 through 32, complete. The dolls include numbers 17 - China, 18 - Mexico, 19 - France, 20 - Brazil, 21 - Holland, 22 - Canada (Mountie), 23 - Cowboy Joe (USA), 24 - England, 25 - Ireland, 26 - Alaska, 27 -Sweden, 28 - Hawaii, 29 - Australia, 30 -Switzerland,... 31 - Scotland, 32 - India. All of the dolls are complete, no damage noted. They come in the special portfolio that Hallmark issued to carefully store the dolls. There is also a card has a list of the various paper dolls available - see photo 5 here. The folder / portfolio shows wear on the cover, but is complete. All dolls are shown here, both fronts and backs. One photo shows a sample of the stories inside each of them. Buyer pays $4.95 shipping and handling to addresses in the US.
