My diecasts fall into two categories: 1) Purchased from a seller on eBay and 2) Purchased directly from a Lionel distributor. Eachdiecast’s origin will be clearly identified. While there are a few new, never-opened diecasts for sale, the rest willbe listed as pre-owned. In the majority of cases, any diecast identified asbeing purchased directly from the Lionel distributor is basically a brand newdiecast, minus the annoying gray plastic anchors/screws in the bottom of thestyrofoam. Despite their nearly mint condition, that’s theonly reason those are listed as “pre-owned.”)
