This is a Proto 2000 “Heritage Steam Collection” NP NorthernPacific USRA 0-8-0 steam locomotive #1173.and DCC ready in HO scale. It is DCnow but can be made into DCC by installing the proper 8 pin plug decoder. Theproblem here is it won’t run. The motor wants to run but the gears or somethingis jammed up.
