Up for sale is a 1977-79 Trans Am, Firebird, Formula, or Esprit AIR CLEANER BASE, correct for a TRANS AM OR FIREBIRD. This is the air cleaner (Drop base) you need to make the clearance for a shaker to fit correctly on you classic Trans Am. It is correct for 77-79 with a Pontiac 400 or 350, will work for 70-81 with a Pontiac engine and matching shaker. It is USED but nice shape. It is missing the heat riser on the snorkel. Add a heat riser and... you will be ready to go. Rest of air cleaner is great. NO RUST ISSUES. Overall pretty good shape for a hard to find air cleaner base.
