A Vintage Robert Goble British Made Wooden Descant Recorder.
** Possibly a Fruitwood, stamped with the Makers Name on the Mouthpiece and Main Section, stamped with the Serial No 444 on all three Sections, as shown.**
Approximately 12 5/8 Inches / 32.0 cms long fully assembled.
** Excellent quality, a beautiful Instrument by the renowned British Maker.**
** The Sections fit together a little loosely, they will need re-corking... as the original Corks have shrunk slightly over time, no associated cracks or other issues.**
* No losses, cracks or splits anywhere, as shown clearly.*
The Sections are all very strong and solid in themselves, no weakness or fragility, .
** General cosmetic condition is with just minor signs of age and use including a little loss of the varnish to the Mouthpiece, certainly no major damage or structural issues.**
