Hardware Store, #62236, part of the Pleasantown Collection.  All put together.  The four sides are glued together but the roof comes off for storage.  Very clean.  Bought this new many years ago and put it together ~ one owner.  We are selling off our LGB train and accessories -- the grandchildren are grown and we are downsizing.
