Vintage 70s era blue and green Hawaiian mini dress with matching floppy hat. The fabric feels like a cotton or cotton blend. The dress is cut out at the waist and has spaghetti straps. The padded bra top closes in back with two fabric covered buttons. The bottom waist has a nylon zipper.
The floppy hat is lined in white cotton and has a label that reads, "Made in... Hawaii." The opening measures 20 inches.
